PRESS RELEASE, Virginia Beach, VA (November 6, 2011)- MESTIZO NATION LEADER CHIEF DAVID CLOUD PRONOUNCES CARMEN SHEPPARD CLOUD A FRAUD

Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening.

Without further delay it is time to set the record straight with the truth on Carmen Sheppard Cloud who became my wife on June 4, 2011. I am the National Chief of the Mestizo Nation and founder and spiritual leader o...f the Yantaho Foundation. It is the my decision along with that of the Elders of All Nations that this Press Release be circulated throughout the media network in the state of Georgia to expose Carmen Sheppard Cloud as a fraud and con artist who is abusing her marriage vows, the good name and mission of Chief David Cloud, the Mestizo Nation, the Yantaho Foundation and All Tribal Nations.

The litany of charges against Carmen Shepard Cloud are as follows:

1. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT a chief of the Mestizo Nation. She has been ousted by Chief David Cloud and the Elders for her false statements and amoral actions in the state of Georgia.

2. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT a native american in good standing. The Elders of All Nations have declared her a disgrace to her race for her amoral actions in Georgia on the darkside of the street as a drug dealer and prostitute.

3. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT a spokesperson for the Yantaho Foundation. She has infringed upon the copyrights of the Yantaho Foundation and the awards accorded to Chief David Cloud such as the American Peace Prize. She is attempting to claim her own fame and fortune off of the good deeds and accomplishments of Chief David Cloud.

4. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT a reverend of the New Revelations Church established by Chief David Cloud. She is committing a fraud against the people of the state of Georgia to collect monies for her own benefit and greed. She is abusing both the media and music industries for selfish gain of fame, fortune and notoreity.

5. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT a wife acting in accordance with native ceremonial vows shared on June 4, 2011. She has by her actions in Georgia brought shame and dishonor to the sanctity of marriage and the spiritual growth as a couple. Her motives for marrying Chief David Cloud are abundantly clear by her actions in the state of Georgia where she did not waste any time to corrupt and usurp all the benefits accorded by her marriage to a native american tribal leader. She has brought disgrace upon herself alone by her return to the darkside and shunning the good way of living with her husband in Virginia Beach.

6. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT genuine in her alliances. She is using the Rainbow Tribe Nation as a means to create a cult following based on her own lies. She is using them as suckers and fools to complete her scam. It is time for Georgians to know the truth behind her alliances as lies and a con job. Her actions along with the malice and ill intent of her friends in Georgia have forced a decision by the Mestizo Nation and its leader Chief David Cloud to cancel the 70000 ticketed show in Georgia and a loss of 7000 employees as security for this major event.

7. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT a mother fit to be granted custody of her son Shiloh. Despite her street-wise way of living in Georgia, the court-appointed guardian of her young son Shiloh plans to let the young boy live with his mother all well knowing of her lifestyle in Georgia in drugs and sex trade. Carmen Sheppard Cloud has no permanent home in Georgia, moves from door to door and bounces from bed to bed. If Shiloh is given to Carmen Sheppard Cloud, Chief David Cloud cannot and will not assume any responsibility for the harm that will befall this innocent child if guardianship is transferred to a mother who by her own lifestyle in Georgia cannot and will not provide the minimum safety for his welfare.

8. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT genuine in her dealings with church and aid groups. She travels across America abusing the good services of catholic charities and emergency aid groups for free travel and lodging assistance. She also gets phone numbers of men to scam and con them out of money.

9. Carmen Sheppard Cloud is NOT truthful. She was NOT present at the burial of Chief David Cloud's son Cody this past summer. She uses other people's pain and grief to serve her selfish vanity and corrupt greed by solliciting pity for her own monetary gain.
